No. Employers may prepare a single salary file for both normal account holders and EasyPay cardholders.
SIB will process the file automatically based on the account type.

Please note that the EasyPay Call Center does not process salary transfer issues and will redirect employers to the EasyPay care team when required.

Payroll transfer processing time is subject to the agreed service terms. For example, if funds are made available to SIB before 3:00 PM, the salary file will be processed on the same day.

The daily cash withdrawal limit for an EasyPay Card is 5,000.

There is no limit to the amount of withdrawals the cardholder can make.
Withdrawals made through SIB ATMs are free of charge for all transactions.
Withdrawals made through other banks’ ATMs are subject to a fee of 2, applied starting from the fifth withdrawal per month.

  • Balance enquiries made through SIB ATMs are free of charge for all transactions.

  • Balance enquiries made through other banks’ ATMs are subject to a fee of 0.8, applied starting from the fifth enquiry per month.

Yes. The card can be used at any POS terminal within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, free of charge and without any limitation on the number of transactions. The card cannot be used outside of the Kingdom.

Employers are required to credit 100% of the salary amount for all employees, in accordance with WPS regulations.
